Brokers:

John Blankenship – President

John Blankenship’s experience includes more than fifteen years’ management experience with online commercial real estate related systems, commercial and residential brokerage transactions, lease analysis and property management.  He has represented multiple clients in lease and purchase transactions individually valued at over $2 million in the U.S. and Australia, including transactions for several Fortune 100 firms.  Additionally, Mr. Blankenship possesses broad experience in technology applications and system implementation, having worked on real estate-related projects in diverse industries such as utilities, retail, banking and government. 

Mr. Blankenship has served as a Senior Client Executive and Project Manager with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) Corporation, and gained additional technology systems implementation expertise while working with a variety of clients at Arthur Andersen & Company, where he was a real estate consultant both in the U.S. and internationally.   He also was a Managing Director at RealEstate.com in Atlanta, and was a senior manager at Virtual Premise, where he was responsible for developing and managing a Real Estate Services Group, and managing large-scale real estate related engagements with several Fortune 500 clients.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA Degree from Emory University.  He is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and North Carolina.

Associates:

Michelle Blankenship, C.P.A. – Principal

Michelle Blankenship possesses over 15 years experience in Specialized Tax and Real Estate Consulting, including Cost Recovery and Cost Segregation studies for Tax purposes, commercial construction project management, and specialized real estate consulting, including lease abstracting and electronic document imaging technologies.  This activity included identifying specific items and their installed costs to maximize the client’s tax depreciation expense for shorter life property.  These projects save the client a significant of tax dollars over the span of several years.  Her project experience includes managing projects averaging $500,000 of revenue per year while working both as a Principal for The Resolute Group, Inc. and a Senior Manager at KPMG, LLP's Atlanta Office.  Her clients include: The Home Depot, Credit Suisse First Boston, Chick-Fil-A, Alcon Laboratories, Brinker Restaurants International, AutoZone, Books-A-Million Corporation, Amgen Pharmaceuticals.  She also has experience teaching classes related to cost segregation to Big 4 Accounting Firm professionals, and has managed various lease abstracting related projects including abstracting and electronic document organization and imaging projects with teams of 5-15 people, for Banks, Corporations, REITS and other real estate related clients.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed C.P.A. in the State of Georgia .

Nicholas Leone

Nick Leone is a Florida native, having lived in the Tampa area as well as now calling Tallahassee home for the past 5 years.  His experience includes real estate brokerage representing buyers and sellers alike, as well as commercial transactions focused on small businesses in north Florida. His experience is well balanced to serve his customers in this fast growing area, and includes new residential development, existing home sales, tenant representation and investment property sales experience.

Nick attended Florida State University in Tallahassee and served in several strategic military intelligence roles within the US Army in a variety of postings around the world.
